Terrible service. Chris was extremely rude, hung up on my mum during a call. Left my bathroom with so many issues and then was told that because it was 6 months ago when it was completed, it wasnt down to him to do anything. Im 39 weeks pregnant, Chris was extremely abrupt and rude to me over the phone, shouting and being very disrespectful to both me and my mum. I will be taking this further - my bathroom has been left unfinished and at a terrible service. Will be making others aware of this disgraceful service.

Used Chris for the first time today and will be my go-to plumber as of now. Very upfront and honest about an issue with my radiators (needs a magna clean which unfortunately he doesn't provide) and then advised me how to fix a separate toilet issue myself. Later in the day, having had some issues doing it on my own, I gave him a call and within an hour he was out to sort it, which he did in no time at all, even installing a check valve which I've wanted for ages. Highly Recommended. Service: Toilet repair
