Called to arrange a quote. He attended but I was 10 minutes late but I let him know. I Asked for a quote for moving a radiator and replacing with a larger one and servicing the boiler. We were due the quote Monday. Messaged him on Tuesday and informed he would send it Wednesday. Nothing Thursday morning. In the meantime had another person out on the Tuesday and received the quote within 30 minutes. So accepted that quote now. If a job is too small I would rather be told as we could have got a further quote elsewhere but was on a short timescale so this caused some inconvenience.

Good work,arrived on time and worked throughout the day without a break with his colleague until job finished to his and our satisfaction All rubbish removed and work area tidied.Happy to recommend and use again ourselves
