Super Pizza

After been a customer for years ordering at least once a week our second order this week, we ordered a 16" pizza picked it up was burnt and could not eat it , rang asked to speak to manager to complain and half way threw my complaint he hung up I would recommend avoiding this take away restaurant if it give me a option for no stars that what I would of left

Absolutely disgusted at my recent order. I ordered 1hr 45 mins before I started work, after nearly an hour at 19:00 I rang to ask where it was as I was leaving for work at 19:30 to be told that it was on its way and won't be very lon. The food turned up just after 19:30 as I was just leaving for work, absolutely stone cold. My partner rang the shop to complain and request some sort of refund as the food was absolutely freezing, and ultimately I ended up without food before work only for him to be HUNG up on. I have ordered pretty regularly and never had an issue, they forgot my garlic sauce from my previous order but I didn't complain but this time was just ridiculous. I understand it's busy.. but I only live 5 minutes away and it certainly does not take over 30 minutes to get to my house.

My so and husband love the pizzas and my husband is not a pizza lover. Food always arrives on time and pipping hot

Just recieved our meals from this establishment and have the following comments: 1. We requested via their web page to have the food delivered at 2130, we called them at 2140 to ask where it was, and it was delivered at 2155. 25 minutes late. They are only 1 mile, 3 minutes away! 2. The peperoni pizza was just about warm enough. 3. The wrap and chips ordered should have been "Caesar Wrap - Grilled chicken with lettuce, cheese and caesar dressing wrapped in flour tortilla". But, what we got was the chicken, cheese and dressing plus the chips inside the tortilla. When we rang back to complain, we were told we had ordered it wrong! and they weren't going to do anything about it. First time ordering from this place, and guess what, unlikely to order from them again.
