Phoned order after receiving promo text only to be informed changing offer tried to explain you've just sent me a text 5 minutes ago? no response strange.

Took 18 out of my account on their website waited 1 hour 45 minutes no food. Rang up had no record of my order and said I should get a refund in 3-5 working days. If not call back. Absolute disgrace

Kebabs ordered XL Chicken Kebab and Large Donner (both very nice) The order entitled us to a free small pizza a Heatwave was ordered but sadly not delivered..This is obviously a cost cutting exercise or the delivery driver on the take.....Very dissapointing service for a regular customer.....I will consider using a different take away in future...
