yes, it would be very interesting to listen to both sides of the stories when people post reviews on google and do not provide with enough evidence to address a matter. Usually, pharmacy staff have to deal with people yelling, being disrespectful, or thinking that this staff have to deal with all the things they get thrown at on a daily basis. A very clear example is when the same person gets into the shop not following basic rules and staff have to ask one million times to put a face mask on and still they do not take any notice. This person would not be allowed anywhere, but they think a pharmacy is different, putting the staff at risk or coughing right to their faces. Or when the same person treats members of the staff I would say "badly" ... Issues like this, every single day, for the last thousand years. From my point of view, McCarthy's pharmacy staff deserve a medal.
