Came to pick my puppy up once was very happy with trim , arranged another appt 3 times never showed up .

So unreliable said 3 different times to day so i was waiting about all day and she was even late for that and the attitude when she did finally turn up was atrocious AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I wouldnt even give this 1 star tbh!!! Absolutely annoyed had my dog booked in today for full groom etc my poor dog didnt even get what we come for etc she was meant I pick up my dog but am glad she didnt I went to pick my dog up after she text me saying my dog was stressed etc and that my dog wasnt happy and going for the equipment I do not believe one moment my dog would do that and then the groomer told me and my partner that she washed and blowed dried and cut only thing you have done was cut the hair by my dogs eyes etc your charged me 10a for that what joke will definitely not recommend you to no one as your Service is terrible and I will be reporting your to trading standard as well. I wonder what you actually done to my dog more like you couldnt be bothered at all!!!! Dont go to fizzy Izzy dog groomers worst company going etc take your money else where guys

Was meant to come on the Friday, messaged that morning to ask if I could go to the shop ( I couldn't as I had the plumber booked in hence why I wanted a Mobile groomer) booked in for the 1st August 9am waited and no show messaged no reply, messaged again still no reply we're now on Tuesday afternoon and still not even a message to say why etc! Fed up is not the word!!
