Im absolutely pleased with their services, so professional, timely, I had a mice in me bedroom and had to call, just a call and an inspector came through, placed the pesticide trays in strategic corners of the house, did a thorough check of the property to identify holes even the tiniest where the mouse would have possibly come in from, he found the holes and took actions to get them closed up, and that was it, also the inspector kept checking in to get update, I no longer share me bedroom with mice. Northern pest solutions came to check out a potential rodent situation on my property. Although no rodent was found the service was very good. Rat bait, the type that does not kill secondary animals, was placed and the owner came back after a week. No sign of the bait being touched. The owner did not charge me anything for either visit. I can highly recommend Northern Pest Solutions! Even though it was a bank holiday Sunday, my phone call was answered by Gordon and we arranged a time for him to visit. He identified the problem straight away and put measures in place to sort it. He came twice more over the next few weeks to follow-up and check the situation.
