        Faye trained me before my wedding and more recently throughout my entire pregnancy up until my due date! I never once felt worried training with Faye when pregnant. Her knowledge in all things fitness is unreal! I have complete faith in her as a PT and coach! Her classes are hard work but amazing! Id highly recommend trying out zone fitness studio!!

        Ive been training with Faye for about nine months now and she has helped me achieve more in that time than I have in years trying other gyms/classes. I truly believe that this is because she treats each client as an individual and listens to what they want, rather than a one size fits all. Faye is amazing at what she does and is a friendly and welcoming presence as well!! The studio has a great atmosphere and Faye has created a space where people help each other to fulfil their own potential without feeling intimidated or uncomfortable. 100% recommended!

        Such a knowledgable trainer and a lovely ethos which spreads through the members. You dont have to be super fit as its not judgemental but is fully supportive. If you have the motivation to just turn up then youll be encouraged in a non competitive and throughly inclusive environment.

        I would highly recommend Zone Fitness to anyone. I've been training with Faye for a while now and I've never felt so comfortable training with anyone before. Faye listens to your goals and helps you achieve them. Such a friendly place to train. Great choice of classes to chose from. Zone Fitness is the place to train
