Adam from Team Dynamic is truly fantastic at his job. His passion for helping people achieve their goals is second to none. A comprehensive health screening is taken initially so that he can fully understand any concerns you have or any pre existing health problems that you may suffer from. Every session is then tailored to your individual needs. No 2 sessions are the same. He mixes sessions up to keep you motivated while achieving the best from each session. Ive been working with Adam for over a year now and started not long before the 2nd lockdown. But even through the hard times of lockdown sessions moved to on line and work continued. I am overweight with several health conditions but taking the step to work with Adam has changed my life. Yes I still have work to do but ultimately I have lost more than 10% body fat, toned all muscles, lost inches, improved aches and pains and general feel fitter than I have done for along time. If you have any anxieties about going to at PT Adam is the guy to go to. Im so pleased I met Adam. Together we are changing my life.

Working with Adam is always a pleasure, really knows when and how hard to push you to get the best results. Extremely professional and a great lad to top it all off. From day one Adam at dynamic Listened to my needs and come up with a plan to help get me back into training, cure my mobility issues and for putting a little structure back into my life.its unbelievable how much exercise can Change the your day to day attitude and make you feel tip top .
