Ive tried everything in the past but can honestly say the difference in my body in just 4 weeks is amazing all thanks to sher! If you know exactly what to do but are struggle with accountability like me then Id 100% recommended this programme to you! Sher doesnt just take your money and run she puts so much time and effort into each and every client! theres been so many times Ive been feeling lazy or like I couldnt be bothered with the gym and out of nowhere Ill get a motivating text from her that gets me raring too go. If you do everything she tells you theres no way you wont succeed, I lost 1 stone in 7 weeks and feel so much stronger and happier for it

Sheridan is amazing and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to lose weight. She supported me from day 1 and helped me feel so much more confident in myself.

I did the 14 day challenge with Sheridan and lost 4lbs in total. I couldn't believe the difference when she sent me the before and after photos. Sheridan was always checking in, shes super positive & constantly hyping everyone up. Ive never this lost this much in such a short time. Thank you x
