        Great bargains and the staff so helpful. There is a point scheme too. The wrapping service is also great.

        Horrendous service by the staff in the counter...the lady was so lazy and rude ...didn't even bother to help or assist with....she even told that she was busy doing 'other stuff'. Went to the fragrance shop in the vicinity who offered far better customer service. Will never go back to TPS Sunderland bridges.
