        Ordered balloons last minute for my daughters birthday and Victoria not only managed to fit me in (typical dad leaving it to the last minute) but delivered the balloons the same day and the look of delight on my little girls face when she woke up to them the next morning was priceless. Very reasonably priced, Victoria was so helpful and I will definitely be using Balloons & Beyond again!

        Fabulous balloon displays!! Everytime time I have ordered from here the balloons are perfect and great value! I've ordered several times from this lady and she is always very professional and saves me alot of time and energy getting the displays where they need to be. Couldn't recommend more!

        I ordered a number balloon display that was deflating when I picked it up. I was advised that it was due to the cold and would be fine when I got them home. It wasn't and when I sent a photo I was offered a 5 refund (I paid 20) and advised to inflate them myself with a straw! - Yes really! The lady was unprofessional, unapologetic and rude! Despite the fact that she had sold me a faulty product and insisting that I returned them to her, she claimed that I had wasted her time! No customer service skills whatsoever.
