        Had entertainment and elsa for 1 hour, party games etc were great but elsa was such a let down, she never acknowledged my 4 year old daughter who was so excited to meet elsa, she didn't even get a happy birthday off her, she was miserable never smiled and didn't participate total waste of 150, even had other parents complain. Utter shambles.

        We hired Alex for my son's christening last weekend and this girl is worth her weight in gold! We had her for 2 hours for slush and balloon modelling. I've never seen so many happy children! I even managed to sample a slush myself and it was delicious....and my son's balloon is still going strong a week on. Very reasonably priced with no hidden extra charges. We will definitely hire again for birthdays in the future. Thanks again Alex. Nicola Clark
