        Phoned at 3pm to arrange a collection before 4pm when the lunch offer is on. It was for a birthday treat and unfortunately I couldn't sit in that day. I was told I couldn't have that offer and would have to pay the full menu price. Surely it makes no difference if I'm sitting in or taking away. Disgusting service and I won't be going back.

        Food was nice but the drinks are way overpriced but the biggest gripe was the 20% put on the bill for the service charge I would normally leave around 10% but being embarrassed into leaving a 45 tip which I am told the staff dont get is out of order
