Absolute horrible place,visited a family member for the first time the other day. The place made me reach the smell was that bad,don't know what the cleaners do but it certainly isn't clean. My advice is steer clear

Don't let relatives take valuables in my mum's necklace was stolen during lockdown and they have done nothing about it. Someone is stealing from our vunerable and they don't seem to care. SHAME

As the daughter of a resident over the last few years there has been a massive change in how staff and managers care for residents. At first there was a lack of care and leadership however this has changed for the better recently. Staff seem more aware on something being wrong with residents and getting them medical care from gp/hospital. I can not fault Andrea or Ana the 2 nurses and the staff who work on my dads floor. They reassure us if there is a problem then they will inform us straight away. The level of cleanliness is also great. Residents seem content with all staff and even with visitors like myself. Activities are great for resident interaction as well as family interaction throughout.
