        Shop owner is impolite and unpleasant. He is absolutely no help whatsoever, I've experienced his arrogant and rude attitude on several occasions now but this will be the last. Do not attempt to return a parcel here as in his own impertinent words 'THIS IS NOT A POST OFFICE!'

        Maybe don't put the parcel scanner in the window, so when there is the slightest hint of sun outside, it will not read any bar codes.
