First Rate Mortgages

My partner and I got our first house a couple of years ago and used Ians company to help guide us on the journey. Everything was really smooth and took the stress out of getting a mortgage! Our initial two year fixed rate was up and Ian got in touch to help us renew the deal. He arranged a phone appointment and talked us through the options, citing the pros and cons. This was incredibly useful given the current climate and again, made the whole process nice and easy. We would highly recommend first rate mortgages to anyone!

First rate mortgages were recommended to us by the estate agents we were considering buying our first house from, we were told to have a no strings attached chat with Ian and see how we felt. Ian immediately made us feel at ease with the whole process, he explained everything about what would happen, how it would happen and the time frame we would be looking at. He constantly kept in touch and kept us up to date, hes such a lovely down to earth bloke to talk to so no question felt like a silly question. We couldnt recommend Ian and his team enough, they really go above and beyond, thank you for everything!

Ian helped me and my Partner through the process of buying our first property. Ian was very professional and friendly, he was able to articulate very well to me and my partner so we understood the process thoroughly. Ians friendly manor made him very approachable, where we always felt at ease and in the loop at all times. No time seemed to be a bad time for Ian, his endeavour to make sure we were always up to date and comfortable with where we were in the process and all of the above is why I will personally recommend Ian.
