Steve Jackson helped broker our purchase in 2019 and Ive gone on to recommend him and the firm to a few friends successfully. He is a person who knows the ropes and can tell you exactly what you need and when, whether youre employed/self employed, which forms to complete, etc. The process was very quick and we got our mortgage offer in just over a week after contacting Jackson Potter. The responsiveness is outstanding and makes you feel like a valued customer, especially as it was during a busy market period. When unable to reach Steve via phone, we would receive an email imminently to keep us updated and as we all know that is gold when it comes to mortgages and house buying as its stressful and nerve wracking enough. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.. My mortgage term was coming to an end and I needed a new deal, I got In touch with Jackson Potter (who also helped me when I first took the mortgage out) and they were amazingly quick to retrieve the best offer which I was really happy with. Once i accepted the deal they sorted it all out for me in no time.. All in all it was a very quick, smooth and painless process. Communication, professionalism and the overall service I've recieved is spot on, I wouldn't go anywhere else..
