MD Phone Repairs

Took my money, did not fix my phone and seems to have done it to a lot of people here. He refused to return my money. Kept delaying the date for me collect my phone too. He kept saying tomorrow when he knows it won't be done the next day. Wasted my time! "Not done yet. Come back tomorrow" is what he says. NOT A SORRY WAS SAID ONCE. RUDE AND IRRESPONSIBLE OWNER.

They did not fix my phone and took my money. Their reasoning is because they worked on it for a few hours. But my phone is still not fixed. How do you justify taking my money? Scammers!

They FAILED to repair my phone after almost ONE MONTH when they said it will only take ONE DAY. He also made me cry and he and his colleague laughed at me. They also made jokes to just superglue my phone screen on. They told me to "deal with it", the phone that they could not fix. They gave my phone back with the fragile underscreen and no top screen AFTER ALMOST ONE MONTH. Never was a "Sorry" said once in all of our conversations. His staff member did. Not the boss though. He's too arrogant and prideful to say sorry. I came in the shop with purple colour pressure marks on my phone screen and told the owner about it. He said no problem he can fix it in one day. So I paid 55. When I came in next day, it wasn't fixed. I came in everyday for one week and it was STILL NOT FIXED. After almost a month, I came to the shop again but the shop was locked and shut. I called him and asked if the shop is closed. He told me the shop was open, blatantly lying to me. It's opening times are clearly stated but he's unprofessional and does not open his shop according to the set times. ALSO THE PHONE WAS STILL NOT FIXED AFTER ALMOST ONE MONTH. I wasted 2 hours waiting for him to come and open up the shop. I wasted at least 7hrs going into the shop in that whole first week. He was rude and childlish - he told me I was the one wasting his time when I told him he is wasting my time. He has bad communication and does not listen to you. He told me he can fix it but he was talking about the small crack on the phone screen that has been there for years which I did not care about. At last they gave me a mere 15 refund, for my phone that was in a WORSE CONDITION. Purple stains still there and no glass on top. Never have I been so humiliated by a service. Never go here, no matter how cheap of a price they give you because they can't fix phones. Another customer came in when I was there and complaining that the FINGERPRINT wasnt working anymore. These people don't know what they are doing. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
