Strolls with Poles

Strolls with Poles are a fantastic group , the training is brilliant and catered to yourself at your pace. Going on my first walk was amazing everyone was lovely and made you feel very welcome, apart from the fitness there is the wellbeing side plus a lovely trip to a local cafe where everyone can sit down reflect on the walk with a nice cuppa and a slice of cake if you wish ,starting off as a stranger leaving as a friend Julie and Martin are fantastic instructors and I'm looking forward to my next walk .

Today was my first nordic walk with Strolls with Poles since February 2019. I have done. several walks with Julie when she worked for another company. Today's Christmas walk up Simonside was very enjoyable despite the rain. We had our picture taken next to the Christmas tree.

Strolls with Poles are a fantastic group! If you're keen to get out and about in Northumberland and other beautiful places on walks, and want to try Nordic walking too, then this group are a must! Such a friendly, supportive and hilarious bunch - you'll see some great places, get fresh air and exercise, laugh lots and stop off at amazing tea rooms along the way! Highly recommend!

Strolls with Poles are amazing! This fantastic group of people are passionate about Nordic Walking in beautiful Northumberland. Whether youre looking for expert tuition as a beginner or youre after advancing your skills - this is the group for you. Be prepared for lots of laughter, tea and cake! :)
