        patients left and neglected. dehydrated underfed and dont even know the medication some patients are getting. left to be sat in beds or in chairs and take 45mins+ to answer pendant calls. wouldnt put my pets in there.

        My mam was here for 2 days due to a fall, with a plan to recover. She was left sitting in a chair for 2 nights to sleep (as she could not manage into bed, also no help was offered) and when she asked a member of staff for a recliner she was told if there was a spare one she could. She was left all night again in a chair with her head in her hands and needless to say had no sleep. Absolutely appalled that the staff allowed this. Thankfully my son raised his concerns with a practice nurse who immediate sent my mam to hospital. I would not recommend this home, and would suggest staff are retrained in care
