Leisure Caravans Of Durham, Sales, Storage & Servicing.

Over the past many months we have been to many caravan dealerships, too many to count at this point. This has been the worst by far, we had an awful experience. The cleaner was lovely so she gets my one star. The owner is an old school seller 'we've had loads of interest in that one' 'it'll be gone in a week' etc etc. He is arrogant and very rude, I did not trust him from the moment he spoke and I am a very good judge of character. I just wish I had listened to my initial instinct. The Caravan had mouse droppings in it. Our damp meter shown 40% plus in many areas, he then used his damp meter in the complete wrong way so it would show up with a low percentage. When asked if we could do a pre-purchase check, he went mental! Refusing very rudly, point blank, and telling us that says we don't trust him... Well would you? I will say his wife seemed pleasant over the phone, it was a shame she wasn't there on the day we came.

Lovely, well presented caravans, would have bought one on the spot, but will look around. I can always come back. They offer storage and servicing as well

Second time as newbies buying a caravan from here and we honestly cannot fault them , all the staff go above and beyond and are so helpful and patient nothing is a bother to any of them . I was never off the phone with questions as weve never owned a caravan before . The videos they sent us of how to set up the caravan were so good we were able to follow step by step when we went away . Would highly recommend buying a caravan from here

Just bought a caravan from leisure caravans, very happy with the service from Adam and his team, if your looking for a caravan give them a visit you won't be disappointed
