        Went in about my watch wanting new links and the guy bent over backwards to help.

        Took my tagheur carrera here for a 400 service and they have totally ruined my watch, it now mists up just from the sweat on my wrist and the mechanism was jammed due to loose screws . They failed to tell me that they couldnt guarantee its water proffeness and I was without my watch for nearly 6mths. They even had the nerve to accuse me of deliberately holding my watch under water and that's how it got water into it. If you have a TAG take it to TAG not collinsons. A quick update sent watch to TAG for repair and it's cost 1200 to have the watch repaired and serviced due to the water damaged caused by Collinsons. My advice keep away from the cowboys.

        I took a clock in that was my great grandmother's clock. She got it as a wedding present. Then it got passed to my nana. Over the years we wound the clock up too many times and it stopped working. I ended up with the clock and after many years I decided to get it fixed. I picked it up after a few week. IT MADE ME EMOTIONAL TO ACTUALLY HEAR THE CLOCK CHIME AFTER 40+YEARS OF NOT WORKING. THANK YOU VERY MUCH VERY HAPPY.
