Got the LVT flooring from the store. Nice product, good quality. However, when it comes to fitter (Andy), find your own unless you want to waste your time waiting for him. Never on time, poor communication. The least reliable person I came across, which is a shame. Took all the money for not fully completed job, charged me twice for uplifting the carpet, and hasn't returned overpayment yet. And then I needed to chase him to finish it off. Spoiled my whole experience. Would I recommend... product only.

Very friendly and knowledeable. Fantastic service. Had a problem with my order and Darren the manager handled it sensitively and with compassion. So much so I went back for more flooring for the rest of my house. I will definitely go back again and again. Fantastic local Storr!

Popped into the store today to get a price on carpets and laminate for my full house, Danny helped work out my sizes, prices were very reasonable with a wide range of selection of flooring, fitting booked within 2 weeks, excellent customer service and will definitely be back
