Brilliant service from first visiting the showroom (sunderland store) and clear communication throughout process, nothing was an issue when we asked questions or made requests. According to wren my kitchen items and appliance were arriving on the same day . I ordered my kitchen items and appliance from wren the fitter from the wren removed all my old kitchen fitting and appliances and then realized that there is no hob or oven . they couldn't deliver any hob for me as it was not their stock and hence they recommended me order from different company , which 8 weeks to arrive . after installation if there is any problem Sunderland branch will not help you. they advice you to call the head office. pls make sure you have all your items delivered before dismantling your old kitchen very poor service . never recommend to any one Services: Kitchen cabinet installation, Kitchen design, Kitchen countertop replacement, Granite countertop installation
