I used this company in January for a full bathroom refurbishment, the quality of finish is shocking, no attention to detail, wall boards have huge gaps where not pushed together, floor boards not cut around skirtings, the walls are just thick with silicon to hide gaps, they damaged a radiator valve and filled it with silicone to stop it leaking, my water pressure is left non existent if I have 2 taps on and I had great pressure before, now it takes me about 30mins to fill the bath as the water trickles out the taps. All of this put to them but nothing done about it didnt even come out to have a look! Within one month the silicone around my bath started coming away exposing the walls behind, contacted them and was told they would be out the following week, I am still waiting!!. The attitude of this company is very poor they always blame each other or even the customer. The end of the day if you pay 500 or 10,000 you expect a good quality job. Kitchen left in a dangerous state all electrics faulty to the point its blowing mains, no sockets are earthed and main supply box left unearthed. Getting electric shocks and so bad independant electrician has advised not to use kitchen at all. Have no cooker, hob, or use able sockets, and to think I have 2 children who use the sockets daily, Not even a message from the company this man has no morals at all hasn't even replied to my messages, by email messanger or phone. This service is unacceptable and I'm left with a product I cannot use. Have had full report done and the total abortion they call electrics has to be redone, its so bad that a loop on the whole downstairs has dropped affecting whole downstairs, all earth's had been dropped from sockets and main supply box . Even my lounge and conservatory have been affected. I need it all rewired which means removing the kitchen. I received no signing off certificates for any of the work, a total bunch of cowboys, and to think a b&q kitchen would have been better. Wish I'd read reviews prior to fitting because I would have run a mile we thought we had a nice kitchen until everything started to blow, so beware not all rainbows have a pot of gold at the end. Update I tried e mailing you as well as messaging you so the pandemic had nothing to do with my comment. Your showroom being closed did not affect the ability to contact me back, and I've lived here 32 years and never once had any issues with my electricity until I had mick in my kitchen and I wouldn't get mick back to rectify the problem if my life depended on it.
