Bought a ring from a high street jewelry shop they truly messed up so took it here to get it fixed and honestly can't thank them enough good quality repair Good on cost 5 star service will not be using any other jewelry shop now on Thanks guys for fixing my wedding ring x

Excellent service from Graham. I had a broken ring and made an appointment to see him. Courtesy - I got a call 1/2 hr before my appointment time wherein I was informed he might be a little late due to an accident on the local hot spot road. How polite! So rare. Service - I thought I'd have to leave my ring for its repair and come back. Not a bit of it. It was fixed in minutes as good as new and looking just as good as ever. I had the cheek to add another ring in too which had lost a small stone (a cubic zirconia) and that was fixed as well. Brilliant. Cost - both rings sorted for a very reasonable price. I'm sure it would have cost a lot more to take it to a high street jewellery chain. The only downside - I thought was the office was a bit chilly but since I wasn't there very long it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Thanks Graham.
