        I stored many of my mothers possessions here when she moved to a care home. Parkgate was the ideal place - safe and scrupulously clean. What I valued even more was the friendly and kind service that I always received. Thank you.

        Excellent facility with customer service that is genuinely incredible. Conveniently located and very well secured, very clean and bright throughout, trolleys provided, easy parking. Sandra has been so helpful and supportive throughout the process and has really gone above and beyond. I would recommend Parkgate to anyone.

        Parkgate and Sandra were brilliant from first enquiry to departure. Premises were clean, well ordered and easy to access. The price was great and the convenience of being able to access the storage unit was well worth it over some of the other student holiday storage options in Durham.

        Stored our daughters belongings here during the summer holidays. Very close to Durham. Great facility, very clean and secure with modern storage units. On site parking. The lift to the first floor helped us greatly. Staff were very friendly. Would use this facility again for our storage needs. Would highly recommend.
