From when we first met Vicki to when she gave us the keys, she was such a friendly, professional and caring person. Always went out of her way to answer any questions or to track progress. We used Keyhole to sell our house and buy from them which made the transition really smooth and easy. I could not recommend them enough, they were amazing. 5 star

I have no hesitation in recommending Keyhole Residential. Vicky is everything you need in your estate agent. She will give you a realistic valuation of your home and will provide a straightforward and well priced contract. Unlike several other agents who quoted who were suddenly able to remove restrictive terms and conditions and drop their prices by significant sums when they thought they were going to lose a sale. Vicky will give you her best quote straight away. She is professional, responsive and proactive. Chasing other estate agents, solicitors etc. where required. On top of all that she is a good counsellor when things are far from straightforward. She goes over and above. I would recommend using Keyhole Residential you will be pleased you did. Sorry it has taken a couple of months to post this review!
