Had a problem with the diagnostics on my car my car was under warranty and took it here. The warranty people said it wasn't covered for the lights that was shown on the dash. The manager took it under his wing and dealt with it for me. It was the tyre pressure warning light but tyres etc were. He didn't charge me for this which was excellent customer service! So kind,he wouldn't take anything for it so took the lads a gift round. Thanks so much to you! Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Having just had a repair carried out by the dealership, on tmy car's driveshaft, we hear a horrible noise coming from the front of the car. Obviously realizing something was amiss, we called in North East Auto Services to see if they could diagnose the problem. Ben told us to drop the car off and they would try and look at it in the next few days. To my surprise I got a call back the same day and an update the following morning. The car was fixed only a day later. Overall an excellent service from Ben and his colleagues, whom I can't recommend highly enough.

Brought my car here a few times now and have full confidence in the garage. They are competitively priced and do a good job. They explained what needed doing to the car and were really knowledgeable.
