Claudia is simply the best therapist I have ever seen. Over the last year she has completely turned around my approach to exercise, my ability and my outlook on life. She has physically helped me recover from an accident and has also been a massive support mentally, as well as offering accupuncture and massage to loosen up aches and pains more generally.
Also, although having seen her less frequently, Jo has also provided a comprehensive gait analysis, much needed words of support and specific rehabilitation exercises including on an easy to use app.
I honestly can't sing their praises enough. Knowledgeable, friendly, supportive. Book without hesitation. Literally turned my life around this last year. Amazing! Thank you so much.
