She is professional and very efficient. Her charges are extremely reasonable.
But more than this, she is helpful and understanding.
I am not good with digital technology, so its very reassuring to have someone who realises that,
and doesnt over explain!
As well as dealing with technical advice, she can design websites. I would not hesitate to recommend her for both services.
For me, she is the fourth emergency service.
