        Overpaid consultants with bad attitude waited nearly a year for appointment and when I turned up on time had to wait for over an hour due to consultant not bothering to get to work on time. When you criticise them they don't like it and accuse you of abuse stop wasting my tax money on these people.

        I attended the eye infirmary today after been referred from my optician. The service, care and professionalism I received beginning with the reception staff and continuing to the optician and doctor I saw was fantastic. What a team they have at this hospital. Many thanks to everyone I saw today your help and support is so very appreciated.
