Overpriced, Newcastle jewellery company is much better, pay nearly 2.50 mores gram when selling, and buying gold if you take Id you deals were its like 22 a gram were these are 30 plus

Well, I got what I went in for but the staff weren't particularly helpful or pleasant. Certainly wouldn't make me want to go back.

xxx Over Priced xxx They Sold me 2 Second Hand 9ct Gold Rings, 1st Ring was a Buckle Ring 9.4g value at 450 and 2nd ring was a Keeper Ring 9.3g was 300, I purchased these rings in November it's 2 Months later and January so today I took the rings in to get valued possibly sell them back I was offered 280 for the pair, a loss off 470 Buy your Gold else where and do your Reserch on Gold before Buying Gold

Walked over to the nomination charms where a young girl approached us, she didnt speak and when me and my partner said hello she just looked. She stood and watched us, I know staff come over to help but it was so uncomfortable given she didnt make conversation or ask if we needed a hand with anything. When we made our purchase she never said thank you or even bye. I will 100% not be returning and wouldnt recommend this jewellers to any friends or family. Extremely bad customer service!
