1) Vehicle wasnt serviced correctly and I ended up doing a tour of Halfords autocentres at the advice of the branch looking for one that could top up the Adblue (none of which stocked it) in the end just bought some myself at extra cost
2) got ANOTHER invoice after the rental saying Id only hired the vehicle for 2 days and charged me an extra 60 for mileage that was covered under the 3 day rental Id already paid for
Now in customer service limbo waiting for refunds; low price was not worth the hassle.
