I paid 350 for a service, radiators to be looked at and bleed and a replacement part. They failed to leave the boiler service document so I have no idea if they even did this, they did not look at the radiators at all. They do not listen to voice fails and still came out even after leaving 2 messages informing them a date change might be required as the power would be off due to electricians carrying out some work, claimed never to have got 3 separate messages including one left with someone who works for them ...... I cant really believe that a company and fail to get 3 separate messages. Even after informing them that they have not completed the work which they HAVE already been paid for them attempt to bill me extra money on top of the agreed upon 350 .... yet they have not even completed the already paid for work ....... I do not understand why they think they can get paid extra money for failing to complete work! Service: Heating system repair
