        Went to Smyths today at Sunderland and really couldn't thank the staff enough for their help, me and my partner have been in the store for about an hour and a half trying to get our son the right car seat that doesn't just keep him safe but also fits nicely into the car. There was a staff member went above and beyond to help us try the car seat in the car to make sure it fit and when it wasn't fitting right she helped us with a second car seat and installed it into the car. She stayed with us the whole time we were in the store and even missed her dinner break then when we left and she went on her dinner she then come upto the car to make sure it was getting installed properly by another member of staff. Bearing in mind she was on her dinner break at this point. This young lady really deserves some recognition for the work she has put on today. If you know who this young lass is please tell her I said Thank You once again. She was working around the car seat area with dark hair and is quite small and her name could possibly be Emily but I'm not sure.

        We purchased a swing set and a variety of accessories for it yesterday in the Sunderland store which were half price so an absolute bargain... Would really like to give a mention to Liam who works here. He assisted us and went above and beyond his job role in helping us to purchase and collect the product the next day. He's an absolute credit to the store with amazing customer service skills as well as decent craic
