        We arent the quickest people to make a decision but they were so patient from our initial enquiry to finally ordering. Now we have it all installed, the service from start to finish was outstanding. Absolutely love my fire and cant recommend them enough. Staff and product - excellent !!

        Problem with a fire not igniting I bought from the company. Still waiting for a call from one of their installers for over a week now. Have emailed them again and called them still no contact & no fire working. Poor after sales to be honest, which is as important to the sale from a customers point of view.
