Big Nose
A fine place to play footy. They've got four artificial pitches and one grass pitch all within easy walking distance of each other. Good pitches too, but they do come with the ubiquitous 'black bits'. Spectating could be better, with no seats and green wire fences between pick and spectators. The staff are great and are very helpful, they even helped recover a ball kicked over the very high boundary fence. The cafe is good with a reasonable seating area and comes with the standard coffee, cold drinks, snacks, sweets and hot sarnies you could come to expect at such a place. The electronic soft drinks machine does require the patience of Job and significant IT skills to use, asking the staff for help here is a good option. There are no impediments to disabled access, the whole place is flat with no steps. Finally parking is good with plenty of spaces though on ultra busy days you may have a bit of a hike to the entrance.
