It's A Small World Washington

Its a Small World put on a fantastic party for us this afternoon. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional from making the booking to helping us out the door with the left over cake. They were spot on with all the organisation at the party sorting out all the food and herding the kids around meaning we could even drink one of their lovely coffees in peace.

Had our Granddaughters birthday party here , service was second to none so decided to book the Christmas Event with Santa and can honestly say we were not disappointed. Excellent entertainment with the best staff . Oh and Santa has definitely got to be the best by far , fair to say myself and my 3 year old granddaughter were very impressed and happy .

We came for the Encanto day with Isabella and Mirabel. Such a fantastic day, my daughter absolutely loved every second of it! She even ran up to Isabella and hugged her which isn't like her (she's so shy!), and she sang her heart out into the microphone! It proper brought her out of her shell, she loved it. The food is very reasonably priced and was prepared super fast. A great place to let the kids use their imagination!

Our 3 year old gif children loved this place. They had nice selection of kids food on, staff helpful and friendly. Im vegan so managed to get a coffee with soya milk but not many other vegan options. But still great place for kids to play.

What can I say, Nice place apart from one member of staff needs training in customer service. I do understand a business needs as many parties as they can in one day but we were rushed out the door for next part to come in. To be honest there should be a half hour break to tidy up. I was in the waiting room and the member of staff came out to next party and mentioned we get you in ASAP but the other party are taking there time coming out. If you served the food earlier this wouldn't have happened. This was my first visit and will be the last. Prices of food was about normal. Toasties 3.75 Coffee sml cup 2.40 Cans of pop (very expensive 1.70)
