I would give a 0 star review if I could, rented with these for 2 years now in 2 different property's got moved from the first one due to environmental health issues, now I've had to report to them to home and money, environmental health and trading standards due to the breach of the tenancy agreement because they aren't doing what they should be doing and you will just get fobbed off left right and centre seriously worst landlord I've ever had to deal with

The person who we dealt with seemed really nice... until the landlord decided to sell the property and ask us to leave. Of course that meant we wanted our deposit back. GLB got snappy about apparent faults with the property. Over 1 month later I asked what was happening and just got attitude then told the landlord had hired a different company to use. GLB refused to give the landlords details and we only finally got details of the company that had taken over when we started going through statutory declaration to get our money back. We moved out in March and we still have the claim in dispute now.
