Infinity Wellness is must visit for anyone looking to improve there wellness I personally suffer with degenerative disc disease (Back) and PTSD and the cryotherapy sessions are working wonders for pain management and mental health also I use the flotation pod this next level mental health and relaxation care. Daughter treat me to a hydro massage at the infinity wellness spa in Sunderland at the BIC! I have honestly never felt as relaxed as I do now! Amazing!! Cant put into words how good I feel, you have to give it a go!!!! The spa is family run and the family are so thoughtful and understanding, listening to your specific needs and advising what may suit you! Fabulous treatment for fibromyalgia, you dont even have to get undressed!!! 10 out of 10

Amazing from walking through the door , well needed me time was given by these guys , huge choice of options to spoil and treat yourself, relax and drift away in the Floation therapy which is what we did today . Have spent the afternoon telling everyone about this hidden gem , will be coming back to work my way through what they have to offer .

Visited infinity wellness clinic today,had the hydrotherapy massage it was Very Relaxing just what i needed,feel great , thankyou Steve Excellent Service , will be back soon !! Looking forward to trying other therapies ....

Visited Infinity Wellness today and used the Flotation pod and Hydrotherapy bed. Both treatments were absolutely amazing, the place is immaculately clean and the staff Steve and Kerry were friendly, helpful and professional. We can't wait to go back. Thank you.
