Receptionists are rude and totally unhelpful, and thats when you can actually get through to speak to someone. Will be changing my doctors.

This is not allen black but his wife Jacqueline what can I say shocking receptionist service waited and waited for results and as usual none there but when I mentioned having to phone hospitals myself the next second they were there no further action to be taken now who do believe messing with people's health worries.three times asked for someone senior to talk to and yes still waiting !!!just not on

Wife ended up in hospital due to sheer lack of interest or care shown by the doctors and staff of this practice . Not to mention the associated emergency call out clowns who visited and deemed her fit two days prior to spending 3 days in intensive care .

Three times this year i have had the same Issue. E consult to be able to get help ( we will respond in two days at the latest) 4 days later no reply. Call up to complain to be told no appointments for another week and thats just a telephone appointment. Ive been hospitalised twice now as this gp surgery fails to act. Moving to another suregery.
