        Awful hospital

        Unsympathetic staff, that know the service is unfit for purpose. Self discharged after 3 and a half hours, with still 18 people in front, ( plus any extra ambulances that may turn up) and a rate of 1 being seen every 30 minutes.

        My mam broke her wrist and had fall she's 81 years old 7hrs she waited in to be seen the nurses and x-ray department staff were lovely but them receptionist were rude cheeky

        Attended Accident and emergency Department on Friday the 1st of July 2022.Everybody was lovely except an Male Nurse Practioner,He came to fit my catheter then he obviously was bursting boils that was around my Genital area. I informed him this was causing myself discomfort. He continued, then he had not documented when hed given myself a Rectal examination .As when the Orthopaedic surgeon came to see me he was going to perform another examination I informed him this had all ready been done, The Orthopaedic surgeon stated this had not been documented disappointing service after I'd been looked after by everyone else so nice.

        Honestly absoloute disgusting sent through by paramedic got told I would not have received a call wen I clearly left to wait for hours in agony honestly I no there busy but we all are made to feel like cause I was in pain it was an inconvenience to them so so rude
