not good at getting bank holidays

I got a job at Kura they say they are a people company honestly they aint. Training is bad they expect you to do an insurance quote and a test within 5 days if you fail and then fail a retest the same day they sack you. There's no job security one of the trainers is lovely and try's but when you have some1 in your group who has issues and causes issues for everyone else's learning and they get rid of them 5 days later the damage is done. We were not adequately prepared for the tests which in turn resulted in fails and being dismissed. The 2nd trainer couldn't even get the insurance amounts correct when relaying back to us as well as the script being incorrectly told and he's a trainer what hope do we have. I liked the people in my group they were great but the actual staff not so good
