I visited this shop on Thursday 4 June at about half one. There was a couple of people waiting outside as its operating a one in one out system to coincide with the restrictions. While the gentleman in front went in to the shop we waited outside for are turn the two members of staff stood talking to this man while making his sandwiches. They seem to have forgot the 2 meter rule as they stood behind the counter talking and then the lady started to cough behind her perspex mask . So after waiting about 20 minutes it was are turn so my husband went to enter the shop with me ti read the menu on the hot sandwich counter as you have not got a hope in helps chance of reading it from the door but he was told to stop as only one person is allowed in i asked how was he meant to see what you sold? To just be told abruptly only one person is allowed.so my husband waited at the door and decided he would have a pie as he couldn't see board then I orderd two tubs of colslaw when she asked me if I wanted anything else I asked for a scoop of sage and onion and was abruptly told that's not for sale that's just for us to make sandwiches with then again asked if I wanted anything else I said I had wanted pork but because I can't have the sage it doesn't matter then abruptly told to use the contact less pay machine behind me.i will never attend this shop again shocking service. And if you wish to keep your customers i would suggest putting a menu in your window so that people from same house hold who shop together can see what you offer before being abruptly told only one person after standing 20 minutes ouside your shop.
