Fantastic support and advice from Mr Kalyan. He gave advice not just from a surgical/medicinal perspective but from a total lifestyle view. When he did provide Injections to aid in pain relief he targeted the exact area of pain and provided huge relief. Other consultants had only managed to provide a fraction of the support. I can't recommend this consultant highly enough.

I had been suffering from back pain and pain and numbness in my legs eventhough I had spinal surgery a few years ago. In December 2019, I had my second spinal surgery performed by Dr. Raman Kalyan at Spire Washington Hospital. Since my surgery, my pain has completely gone and I have gained the much more mobility in my legs. Dr. Kalyan was very knowledgeable and walked me through all the steps. I am very happy with the result of my surgery and I am very grateful to Dr. Kalyan for the great job he has done. Ramin Rostami

Suffered a nasty fall and damaged my coccyx. After waiting on the NHS, who were no help at all, Mr Kalyan operated and, almost miraculously, alleviated all pain in one operation. The operation was painless, recovery was very quick and now I have my life back and, no longer in great pain. Without the operation I would have been in a world of pain for a very long time. Very precise diagnosis and extremely professional. Will have no problem recommending him at all.

I had severe pain for over two years and was referred to Mr Kalyan , he gave me options I had available in a concise manner and it was agreed that I would have decompression and discectomy procedure , Mr Kalyan put me at total ease day of my operation and I was discharged following day with aftercare , I am six weeks down the line and my sciatica has stopped my numbness and leg pain has gone and I can not Thank Mr Kalyan enough , I have finally had pain free days and can now do things I was finding impossible , I am still in recovery but pain free , what a fantastic surgeon
