Absolutely fantastic company! I ordered cladding at an amazing price and had it delivered to Manchester. Im so glad I used these guys to supply my cladding over anyone else as theyve been brilliant with advice and help every step of the way! Their customer service is second to none and the person whose been replying to my (numerous) emails is extremely professional and patient! Thank you so very much for supplying my with such fantastic products at the best prices out there!

Sadly I have to post a poor review. I ordered ceiling panels on the 22nd August. The panels were listed as being in stock, and booked delivery onfor the 26th August. So, got the bathroom stripped ready for the new ceiling. I got a phone call later telling me the container with the cladding was delayed, and would arrive in early September. I reluctantly accepted, left with little real choice at the time. It's now 11th September and I had heard nothing, so called them. I was told there were further delays on delivery, now to expect delivery on the 21st September. I can't tile the bathroom until the cladding arrives, so stuck with no shower and can't do more until it arrives. Now shopping around for alternative panels with a view to cancelling my order with Bathroom Cladding Direct. My advice would be to call and place an order on the phone and make sure they actually have the things you want in stock if you want to use this company. Certainly do not trust the website. *EDIT* So delivery didn't happen on the 21st, but was promised for today, Tuesday 22nd September... Still no cladding. Email from the courier saying the delivery will be tomorrow. A really, really poor show I'm afraid. For something that the website said was in stock and ready to dispatch, this is wholly unacceptable. *Third edit* The cladding arrived damaged at one end on several panels and severe damage on one of the panels rendering it totally unusable. Looms like it has been sliding around or badly handled. I almost had enough panels to do the job. Almost. But had to buy one more panel locally to finish. The extra panel I had to buy is very slightly different to the others, but unless someone points ot out you cannot really tell once it was up. Even so... Never again.

Bought cladding here for bathroom, quality is good and helpful staff, bit weird collect from their other warehouse. But they were helpful there, looks great thanks for help
