Pretty much back up what others have posted. Max Recycle do actually empty your commercial bins but they are extremely expensive and charge for everything. They actually charge you for the privilege of receiving one of their invoices and also for the annual waste transfer note. What really is unprofessional is the pathetic way they try to hang onto your business by the pantomime of the contract cancellation process. Unless you are a law firm , it is difficult to get out of the contract. Just contract Veolia who are lovely and much cheaper.

I have just started working for this company as a sales consultant, and was placed in a tricky situation regarding the current Covid 19 and furlough as I had only been working for the company for 2 weeks before all the lockdown procedures come in. Scott and Donna where very helpful in advising me and resolving my situation to help me and my family out in the troubled times. I for one am really looking forward to working with them and as always in business you cant keep every customer satisfied so give us a call rather then reading reviews :)

Our company has dealt with Max Recycle and all their staff members for nearly a year now and have only ever found them to be proactive and professional, in fact they are a "breath of fresh air" whether you need a skip or bin service. I have read some of the comments about:- do not use, un-professional etc but I can honestly say that this company look after and respect their clients, staff and suppliers.

Always provide good value and reliable services and the level of collections recording is first class. Its interesting that the negative reviews I have read all seem to be simply malicious because of not wanting to honour the contract with the company, largely based on the offer of something cheaper. Things are always cheaper on any given day, but we agree rates diary dates, fulfilled the specified term, and then shop and negotiate when renewing. You can't blame any company for a lack of self-responsibility and lack of reasonable behaviour, it really is that simple.
