        Huge thank you to Brian and his team, so helpful in every way, just had the tub installed today, the lads who came were so friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is a bother to them, any obstacles regarding purchasing and fitting they will help you resolve. Would definitely recommend purchasing your hot tub from here X

        Got an upgrade from an inflatable to an ocean 3....just hit upon the Hot Tub factory by chance and it has totally been a great experience.... Brian Connor and Alex have been brilliant....very knowledgeable and experienced...would recommend without reservation.....

        I'm not surprised by my 5* review. From the outset Brian was very communicative and very friendly. One of the best contractor experiences we've had. Brian, Connor and Al were amazing. They were efficient, they were effective and they cleaned up after them. What else can you ask for. Well done and highly recommended.
